There are very less career options after completing the diploma of three years.Which means there are so many companies to take diploma holders but they will get very less salary when compared to B.Tech qualification jobs.So it is better for candidates to complete B.Tech who want good career.Candidates who have passed diploma with no backlogs are eligible for B.Tech.If the candidates have any backlogs,first of all they should clear them,and then try to get admission in B.Tech.Candidates who have completed their B.Tech,they will get jobs in private sector of multi national companies,wipro,infosys,oracle etc and in government sector of DRDO,EPFO ssa, etc.After completing B.Tech,candidates can also apply for IES exam which stands for indian engineering service exam.
